Who should apply, test?
We partner with B2B SaaS and AI founders worldwide, supporting companies across many market verticals. Ideal companies have clear signs of market traction and approximately $1m+ in annual recurring revenue. We focus on founders driven by product excellence with a strong technical foundation.
How much does it cost?
Radion is not for hire. We don’t do agency-like retainers or bill by headcount. We take a portion of the revenue growth. It’s our way of aligning interests to outcomes. Company valuation grows faster as well. In practice, founders compare Radion to the cost of building GTM themselves, which often runs $4–5M+ over two years before a repeatable engine exists. Radion is designed to be materially more capital-efficient, with a faster path to scale.
Does Radion invest in companies?
Yes, in select cases. We invest alongside our GTM partnership when there’s strong conviction in the team, the product, and the growth opportunity. These investments are not automatic and are evaluated case by case. When we do invest, it’s because we believe deeply in the company’s potential and want to help fuel the speed and magnitude of their growth.
How are GTM teams constructed?
We assemble teams based on your stage, market, and growth goals — not a fixed template. Each company starts with a core pod that typically includes sales leadership, AEs, demand gen, and RevOps, supported by shared GTM engineering and enablement. As traction builds, the pod evolves. Roles are added, refined, or specialized based on what’s actually driving revenue, not what a generic org chart says you should hire. The result is a GTM team designed to scale, not one you’ll have to rebuild later.
Do I have to work in Columbus?
No. Radion partners with founders and teams globally, and many companies work with us remotely. The Grid in Columbus is an option, not a requirement. For teams that choose to spend time here, it can be a meaningful advantage with access to operators, customers, talent, and a concentrated GTM environment. But location is flexible, and the partnership is built to work wherever your team operates.
How can GTM experts get involved?
Radion works with a curated group of experienced operators across sales, demand generation, RevOps, and GTM leadership. We look for people who have built and scaled real GTM systems and enjoy working closely with founders. If you’re interested, the best way to start is to apply through the open roles on our site (see here). From there, we review applications on a rolling basis and reach out when there’s a strong match for our pods and partner companies. When there’s fit, experts join pods and work closely with founders on active growth efforts.
What if the partnership doesn't work out?
Our agreements include clear terms for both sides. If the fit isn't right, there's a defined path to part ways — no drawn-out entanglements. That said, our economics are tied to your revenue, so we're mutually incentivized to make it work. We win, together.
What's the typical timeline to see results?
The first 90 days focus on GTM discovery, playbook development, and team deployment. Pipeline activity typically builds from there, with meaningful revenue acceleration in months 4–6. The full engagement runs 18–24 months, with a goal of 10x ARR growth.
How involved do I need to be?
You stay focused on executive operations, product & support, and any implementation services. We handle GTM execution. That said, the best outcomes come from close collaboration — regular syncs, access to customers and context, and alignment on positioning and pricing. Think of it as a true operating partnership, not a handoff.
